Our network management services provides the following including monthly visits.  http://www.hcsstore.com

  1. SUPPORT: Telephone support for server, network and connectivity issues. Critical server phone line access.
  2. ONSITE SERVICE: 4-hour response time for network problems with monthly preventative maintenance visits.
  3. NETWORK LOGGING: Maintain logs that document all network attributes see below.
  4. DATA SECURITY: Maintain backup system or backup routines. If tape drives are in use they will be checked and cleaned. Anti-virus programs and updates checked and maintained.
  5. CONNECTIVITY: Maintain connectivity on the local network (LAN) and to the Internet (WAN).
  6. RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENTS: Provide detailed recommendations on infrastructure improvements to network, including physical equipment security, protection from power brown-outs or surges, internal file and directory structure, such as user documents files, processing speed and bandwidth requirements.
  7. INCIDENT TRACKING: Log all incidents in database for future reference.
  8. THIRD PARTY TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Third party technical support will be provided if the network hardware you are using requires low-level upgrades.
  9. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION: Software you need for network connectivity will be installed and documented under this plan.
  10. REMOTE SERVICE: Remote connectivity for service may be added under this agreement if desired.
  11. COST: This plan requires that all workstation computers be covered under one agreement. If there are less than three workstations at your location then this plan cannot be applied. The cost of Network Management Services in addition to the Desktop Management Service is $19.00 per computer at your office or offices.  The agreement is for 12 months and is payable in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Network attributes include: Topology, configuration, status, backup logs, directory structure, accounts and passwords, license tracking, known issues, administration procedures and recovery procedures.
